  • Placing an order with us means you accept responsibility for providing accurate information (name, address, contact details).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
  • Additional charges (such as shipping) may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
  • We provide tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
  • Free shipping is available on first orders only.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
  • Refunds are processed to the customer’s bank account within 3–5 working days after approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order.
